The apartment complex is a cut above the rest. Solario de Sao Jose is located centrally to all attractions including superb sandy and rustic large beaches, perfect for coastline walking among the caves. From the large expanses of sand at Gale to the cove beaches of Castelo, Evaristo, Sao Rafael, Coelho and Lourenco with plenty of flora and fauna, water sports, beach side cafe's and little shops.
The immediate area has a few nice little bars and watering holes and the more lively bars and clubs are within comfortable walking distance. You will be spoiled for choice when it comes to eating out; this area is laden with mouth-watering traditional and international cuisine from the sea food of Gale to the traditional famous Piri-Piri chicken in the village of Guia. From buffets to the Indian and Chinese cuisine, English roast dishes in Albufeira, your cravings will be catered for. Solario is located just fifteen minutes walk to the beach. Nearby are the local markets, golf complexes, street entertainment, sand art, lively festivals and annual carnivals. The Algarve is also widely renowned for its superb selection of championship golf courses, with the Portugal Masters now held annually at Vilamoura.
